I discovered photography in high school and it has been my passion ever since. I worked several years as a portrait photographer and later shooting interior design and architecture before finding my way onto the production line. Few things thrill me more than envisioning a product and then creating a process to bring that product into reality. After 15 years, I left the photo processing business and began a consulting business to help other labs do just that. Along the way I discovered a new passion - the blending of still photography with video. For most of my life, videography and photography were entirely separate industries. With the advent of new technologies, however, they can now be done not only by the same person, but by the same camera! It's pretty amazing if you think about it. This new interpendent, internet world has lessened the role of the photographic print in our lives. After all, who carries wallet photos anymore?! But it has also opened up this amazing new world of images that can move and speak and change and even be shared across the world with the mere touch of a button. There are so many applications from dynamic electronic business cards to emotion-filled wedding invitations to Christmas video cards that don't remind you of the songs of the season but actually play them! This is a new world full of potential and possibility. I shoot video products myself, but I also help companies figure out how to make this transition into a world where customers want their images on a screen, not in a paper envelope. Whatever you are trying to create, call me. I will help you bring that product into reality!
